Hello fellow Thermomix enthusiasts!!

I just got my new Thermomix today & have already made a beautiful Chicken, Sundried Tomato, Fetta & Pumpkin Risotto it was divine. I also made a Banana & Date Cake pretty yummy. Keen to hear of any great Risotto Recipes out there that anyone has tried & would recommend. Look forward to hearing from you all.
